How your best people work, written down for everyone
Press Start Walkthrough and do the task the way you always do. Walkthrough turns the recording into clear steps, finds the processes behind them and shows where the time goes. No workshops, no consultants, no one writing guides by hand.

Steps
From one recording to a process
The way work really gets done
Process maps drawn in a workshop show how people think the work goes. Walkthrough shows how it actually goes, app by app and click by click.
Record any task
A small control floats on top while you work. Pause or stop at any time, and the recording stays on your device until your organization decides otherwise.
Clear steps you can replay
Each recording becomes a numbered list of steps across every app it touched, with a replay to see exactly what happened.
Processes found for you
When the same work shows up across recordings, Walkthrough names the process and shows the usual path through it.
Where the time goes
Insights show the slow steps, the apps that eat the day and the work repeated most often.
Every app, not just the browser
Desktop apps, web apps and the tools with no API at all. If it is on the screen, Walkthrough can follow it.
Ready for org.run to take on
A recorded process is a process org.run can learn. The steps become the starting point for automating the work.
Watch and learnHow it works
Record once Then improve the process
- 01
Start Walkthrough
From the menu bar, the tray or the Dashboard. The floating control shows that recording is on.
- 02
Do the task as usual
No script and no special mode. Sensitive fields are blurred before anything is saved.
- 03
Review the steps
Stop, and the recording is ready under Recordings as a list of steps with a replay.
- 04
Let the processes emerge
As more people record, Processes and Insights show the common path, the variations and where time is lost.
Recorded with care
Records the work, not the person's privacy
Walkthrough records how a task is done. It is built to stop there.
Consent first
Nothing records until the person accepts a plain notice. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Never keystrokes
No keystrokes, passwords, card numbers or secrets, nothing copied from a password manager and never the camera.
Blurred before saving
Passwords, sensitive fields and confidential text on screen are blurred before a screenshot is kept.
You choose what is kept
Copied text, field values and keyboard activity can each be switched off. Your organization sets which apps may be recorded at all.
Pause at any time
Pause, resume or stop with one click. Locking the screen or putting the device to sleep pauses recording too.
Access on the record
Recordings are linked to the person who made them. Only people your organization authorizes can open them, and every access is logged.
Device securityOff your plate
Stop documenting work by hand
The process gets written down by doing it, not by a meeting about it.
- Running process mapping workshops
- Paying consultants to shadow your team
- Writing step-by-step guides that go out of date
- Explaining the same task to every new hire
- Losing how a task was done when someone leaves
- Guessing which work is worth automating
- Arguing about where the time goes
- Screen-recording a task and narrating it
What teams do with it
From recorded work to better work
Onboard faster
New hires follow the steps your best people actually take, instead of a guide written two reorganizations ago.
Pick what to automate
See which processes repeat most and take the longest, and start automation where it pays back first.
Keep knowledge in the company
How a task is done stays with the team when the person who knew it moves on.
