Meetings and calls

Every meeting and call ends in work, not notes

org.run joins the call, listens, and turns what was said into decisions, action items with owners and commitments it tracks. The CRM is updated and the follow-up is drafted before you are back at your desk. Anything unclear is flagged for you, not guessed.

Recap written → follow-up sent → the unclear item flagged, not guessed. The to-dos that always slip, finally don't.

    How it works

    Prepped before, handled after

    1. 01

It preps you before the call

Ten minutes out, you get a one-screen brief: who is on the call, what was promised last time, the open tickets and the deal stage. Pulled from the systems you already connect, not from your memory.

    2. 02

      It joins and listens

The recorder joins Zoom, Google Meet or Teams as a named participant, announces itself where the rules require, and transcribes the call with who said what.

    3. 03

      It turns talk into work

Decisions, action items with owners and dates, and commitments such as 'I'll send the Q3 pricing' become tasks and tracked promises. The CRM, the ticket and the follow-up email are updated or drafted from the same transcript.

    4. 04

It flags what it is not sure about

When a promise could mean two things, it asks the person who made it instead of guessing. The rest is done, and the one thing that needs you is a single message away.

    Where it joins

Any call your team already takes

No new app to open. It joins from the calendar invite, and the output lands in the tools you already use.

    Zoom

Joins from the calendar invite as a named participant. Works for calls you host and calls you are invited to, if the host allows it.

    Google Meet

Joins Meet calls on your Google Workspace calendar, with the same consent notice and the same output.

    Microsoft Teams

Joins Teams meetings from your Outlook calendar, including recurring ones, and posts the recap where your team already talks.

    Phone calls

Calls that happen on the phone get the same treatment: transcribed, turned into work, and written back to the CRM.

    Recorders you already use

Already on Gong or Aircall? Connect it and every recording flows into the same stream of decisions, action items and commitments.

    Coming soon

    In the room

Record an in-person meeting from the mobile app and it gets the same recap, action items and follow-up as a video call.

    Off your plate

Stop being the person who writes it all down

The hour after a meeting is where the to-dos slip. org.run does that hour while everyone is still walking to the next one.

    • Typing up notes after every call
    • Chasing people for the action items they agreed to
    • Updating the CRM from memory the next morning
    • Writing the follow-up email you promised at 4pm
    • Remembering what the customer said about pricing last month
    • Re-reading the last call before the next one
    • Working out who owns the thing everyone nodded at
    • Scrolling a transcript to find the one decision that mattered

What comes out of a call

    The work, not a transcript

    Decisions, recorded

Each decision is written down with who made it and why, and lands in the company model so the next run can rely on it.

    Action items with owners

Every to-do gets a named owner and a date, not 'someone should'. It goes to that person's queue, or to org.run if it is work it can do itself.

    Commitments tracked

'I'll send the Q3 pricing' becomes a tracked promise with a deadline. It reminds, drafts or does it, and tells you when it is done.

    CRM and tickets updated

Deal stage, next step, the bug the customer mentioned. Written back to HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira or Zendesk from the transcript, with the quote attached as evidence.

    Follow-up drafted

The recap and next steps are drafted in your voice minutes after the call. Anything that crosses your line waits for your approval before it is sent.

    Ambiguity flagged, not guessed

When a promise could mean two things, it asks the person who made it. One question in Slack, instead of the wrong sheet sent to a customer.

    Questions about meetings and calls

Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, from the calendar invite. Phone calls are handled by the phone feature, and recordings from Gong or Aircall can be connected so they flow into the same stream of decisions, action items and commitments.

Yes. It joins as a named participant, and where the rules require it announces itself and asks for consent at the start. Several US states and most of Europe require everyone on a call to agree, so it defaults to announcing. You can also set it to never join calls with outside parties.

Every action item and commitment links back to the quote in the transcript, so you can check it in one click and edit it in place. When a promise could mean two things, it flags it and asks rather than guessing, and anything one-way, such as sending an email to a customer, waits for your approval if it crosses your line.

Yes. Choose which calendars and which kinds of meeting it joins, exclude one-to-ones or anything with a given word in the title, and remove it from any call while it is running. Anyone on the call can ask it to leave.

It is transcribed, turned into work, and kept with the transcript for as long as your retention policy says, linked as evidence to the tasks it created. Delete a recording and the transcript goes with it. Nothing from your calls is used to train models.
